you have to be more specific
AI resort, boutique, city hotel, business hotel, beach hotel, budget, etc
Maybe Sanctuary Cap Cana, but this is also the most expensive. so this is very relative. Tortuga Bay for a boutique.
I will say for the bucks, my favorite, Majestic Elegance (AI)
in Santo domingo. Hotel Santo Domingo if you are looking for class,
Hilton, luxury and modern.

Melia Palma Real in Punta Cana. I went there with my mother. She paid.

There is also Camp David in Santiago with a fantastic view over all Santiago. What hotel is best depends on what you are looking for.

Could you give us the name of specific cabanas Celt? I know there are many on the Malecon but would would not want to pull into the wrong one.
