every time i go on vacation to the DR i seem to suffer horrendous nightmares they are in no way related to the DR or the wonderful people i meet there yet it only happens in the DR

We are going to DR in January and I am trying to buy a little at a time to take with us. What I am thinking about taking is TY beanie babies(I have a lot of those already) baseball caps, pencils, any insight from someone who has gone and how did you distribute them besides at the hotel. Last time we went on a excursion and gave them to kids, but that has been 5 years since we have been there. Curious if still ok. looking for some insight
