internet laws

Are their any laws in the DR concerning internet casinos. Licencing etc.

There are laws concerning Casinos, but no law on ecommerce.

However A group of law firms and software representatives are lobbying for an ecommerce law in Congress.

I am in that group, and if and once the Bill becomes Law, Casinos offering their entertainment services via the internet will have to abide by both the DR laws on Casinos and Ecommerce.

I would like to get a copy of the pending laws.
