Auto tax dropped?

Freddy, I apologize in advance for bothering you about this again, but in the Daily news today (DR1) that mentioned the taxes approved yesterday failed to mention the automobile tax I asked about before. Is it part of the same tax package and just not mentioned or has it been dropped? If you have any additional info on this (still exists ??, if so, the rates decided and when it will be appllied, etc.) I would appreciate the info. Thanks again .

I understand that a rates schedule very similar to the one I published before was approved. But I am waiting for confirmation. I will post it as soon as I get it.
