TARIFF AND TAX REFORM APPROVED

The newspaper headlines inform us, this morning, that our lower chamber of Congress, the Chamber of Deputies, approved the Tariff Reform Law as well as the Tax Reform, yesterday afternoon, without any changes; just as the Senate had sent it to them. This was approved after the leaders of the two major parties (PRD and PRSC) and the President signed a "gentleman's agreement" to have their parties, which consitute the needed majority.
