Job opportunity in aviation

Hi Mr frederic,

I am a Dominican living for many years ( Since childhood ) outside the Dominican Republic.. Occasionally visiting the country for pleasure. I have Dutch/Dominican nationality and would like to work and live in my beloved island ..
I own an Aeronautical Engineer degree and currently working in the Airline Maintenance Industry.
I would like to approach the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) of the Dominican Republic since I am interested to apply there and to send them my resume and plan a visit to this Department..
Problem is I don't know who the new director is and who do I have to contact or send my application/resume...
Could anyone please provide my with this information ?.
