1,000 Sq. Ft. is too much???
that around 100 sq.meters. less then any normal apartment.
no free zone company will lease you less then 5,000 sq. ft.

If your application consist only on setting some servers, we can host you in a server farm and charge you by the rack or floor space that you need. we can offer soon also monitored service for the servers.
