link to NY Times artical about latin America and the DR

This is an article about the business climit in latin america

The DR is mentioned several times at the bottom of both the 1st and second pages

So what if it is an artical about Latin America and the DR. What about the article will we care about. Why didn't you just include the title of the article?

Supposedly every post on this board is about the DR. About what in particular though. I went to the link and it wants me to sign up. I won't bother because I have no idea if the article is of any interest.

Just because it includes the "DR" doesn't make it of interest. Every article in most DR papers is about the DR and most of them aren't of any interest to me. I can tell just by the subject titles and I skip them.
