Yes ... and no
There are large factories that manufacture simple candles for use in churches and when the EDEs feel ike turning down the lights. The largest factory is probably Cesar Iglesias.
Now, if what you want to do is to export something that would actually look nice sitting in your living room then the answer would be no. There are many people manufacturing great looking candles or "velones" ,as they're known around here, with striking designs, but none of them have large installations to mass produce these velones.
