HOw does the business of buying used, crashed, totalled cars @ auctions in the US and having them parted out, to sell the parts in the Dominican Republic work, sound.
People are buying junked/crashed late model cars and bringing them here and fixing them up-much cheaper here than there, and then selling them...
used parts are also bought in Japan and elsewhere and sold here.
