Opening a video business in DR

I am interested in opening a Video business in DR. I am trying to understand what is the cost of forming a DR corp. Is this the type of business that can qualify for the "tax free zone". Finally, I am curious as to limitations or cost of buying the video equiptment in
the US and ship it to DR.

My understanding of the zonas francas or free zones are for manufacturers to set up a factory, import materials , make things and then export them. Such as Levis, Tommy Hilfiger, etc.

Are you shooting video or selling video equipment? I don't think you can import video equipment into the free zone then export it, and why would you?
