Malecon Center. Any feedback on this??

I think this project will definitely increase the investments in the Malecon area. For long the Malecon has not been exploited positively. What do you guys think???

I guess this is project has to explode itself and be profitable, before the Malecon gets the shine back, it´s hard to believe but with a beautiful area like The Malecon we don´t use it properly.
All over the world the river/sea side is the most expensive area to live but here isn´t this way and that´s a shame.
The kind of business that are running there have been impoverished the area, but in deed Malecon center and Adrian Tropical are helping to clean up a little and are attracting certain kind of people that usually doesn´t go to the malecon. I hope the investment in this direction continues ´cause it will revival this important avenue....

the malecon is the one place in this contry thet invester did not have invest real time
the malecon center is going to be a a dad place i do not bileve
it is evar going to take off es a comercial center
i have sam investment in mall in this ****ry but i will never invest in malecon center
and in a loot of mall in this ****ry and they all crasing
i think thet develaper have to stop building malls
coos soon it going to be moor malls then pepuol to go to them
