Help!, Starting a small business in LasTerrenas / Samaná

I hope some body can help me out!

I want start a small business in Las Terrenas or Las Galeras or Samaná. But i need to lease a store, near by the street as Calle Principal of Las Terrenas.

How much it will cost to rent the space, i hope that somehthing have somme suggestion for me!
