Question Cyper Project
Did this thing ever come to fruition. A friend of mine is interested is having off-shore computer related/software work done with a staff of 20 people or so. does any one have a link that he can go to in order to investigate this project, tax benefits etc. I thought i saw a sign on the las americas highways for it, but was it just a big pipe dream?
