cost of a brand new home on my land

hi guys
could someone tell me what the entrance cost maybe to by a 2 bedroom 14 square home might be....assuming i own the land. im after nothing fancy ...just a home to put on some land

You can figure about RD$8000 per sq mt of construction. That is about $200 US per sq. mt. or $20 per sq foot.

... because the cost depends so much on how you will build your home (prepared for a second level or not, kind of roof) and what kind of materials/appliances you will be using for the inside: masonite/pine/mahogany doors, local/imported ceramics, custom made kitchen/bedroons closets or not, real windows or simple window shutters, etc..
