I ve been looking to invest in a piece of land in the section of Arroyo Hondo by the Botanical Garden in the Dominican Republic. I understand that they are three different facets of these prestigious project which covers different areas. According to some friends, Arroyo Hondo III is the less crowded and they dont allow any buildings, only houses. Can someone advise, approximately the cost of 700 or 800 mts in this area? And if there is an exclusive realtor who deal with this particular area? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

The approximated cost of the meter in this zone is RD$4,000.00, and those are zones in which the " use ground " only allows constructions (it does not concern buildings of apartments or houses) of two to three floors. I have some property in this zone, of 725mts. and another one of greater metraje, also this other zone in margenes of the Rio Isabela, that have a cost between U$75.00 to U$100.00 by square meter, if inofrmacion interested some other to him jeannisan@hotmail.com
