The best way to build a house is that you make arch use excel to have material budget, and pay yourself to workers, you might hire a eng to help you to make things right~~ and go to construction site whatever you can, whenever you wish, take pictures, take notes, go to Ferreterias and ask questions, you will enjoy all this process, and remember, Santiago and La Vega was destroyed once decades ago, so, pay attention on material quality, concrete mixture, water etc, a little more of effort make huge diference on the roof where you and your family going to sleep under~~
