Has anyone bought a cd at banco central in the last few days? Is there a ridiculously long line there every day?

Theres always a long line;people are appyling,cashing in ,renewing,lost cd:s,the main problem in the past was alot of people clogging the system with only applying for 30 day cd,s,but now the minimum term is 180 days i think soon, this problem of long lines will go.
