Depends: Brador and Capriles are tow of the main ones that actually make jewelry...Now as to price or not, I dunno..

The Zona Francas are full of low-cost jewellry (joyeria) manufacturers. Check out either ADOZONA or the Free Zone Council on the internet for either a directory or direct referrals. Most of these companies crank out 1000s of pieces, and there are many here in the DR, all types , from custom pieces to standard designs.

They produce for such chains as Target, JCPenney, Sears, Walmart, etc.
