Default Looking to source organic coffee supplier for cafe

Hi. Does anyone have any contact information for organic coffee suppliers? I am looking into potentially setting up an organic cafe on the north coast, and am interested in sourcing good quality coffee.
I have tried getting in touch with Cafe Melo (details previously posted on DR1), but a la dominican way of doing things, no one picks up the phone!!

Thanks for any input...

Charlie

Monte Alto in Jatrabacoa. Fine folks, and they both grow their own 100% organic coffee, but can process it to your needs.

If you are serious, you should attend the Festival de Cafe Organico that will take place 7-8 June 2008 in Polo, Barahona. Several of the leading organic coffee producers will be there for the event. Also, the big draw is Danny Rivera and Maridalia Hernandez, plus Sonia Silvestre and Victor Victor, four of the best Dominican singers that will be singing at the festival that attracts about 15,000. Get to Polo early and ask where it is taking place.

There's this Italian guy who has an organic coffee factory (-is it called a factory ?) in Villa Gonzales. His name is Mateo... You could get in touch with him through the poster "Don Pedro", here in DR1...
I drink a cup of his coffee every morning, very good !
