Default Salaries??
I was told most of the call center employees that are young for the most part work for around $17-$18k DOP.

I was wondering what a manager with experience should be paid on a monthly salary basis in Santo Domingo?

Right now my managers are making about 40k. Their base is very low, 12k and the rest is a combination of various incentives to hit the metrics we are looking for.
