Office space for rent in Santiago?

Where can I get information on renting office space in Santiago? We're looking for something small that's in a centric area in Santiago (i.e. near a shopping center).

I've been searching through the web, but it's very difficult to find anything. We initially wanted to rent a virtual office, but apparently there's only one, and it's in Santo Domingo.

What's the current rate/month per square foot for office space?

Any help is appreciated.

Do not know but I can ask a few people...There is space in the Jardines at a couple of places..
