Default Looking to Start a Telecom Company in DR
Hello,

We are concidering a Telecom Business in the DR and would like to know what steps are required out side of contacting a lawyer to establish a presence in the Domincan republic. Telcommuncation products, such as Hosted SIP services, Wireless, and General Network Support via Call Center.
We have a few areas in mind based on some of the demographic studies we have done. Does any one in this forum have any related experiences with the domincan goverment and its requirements for this business.
