Default Santiago apartments

How much a couple from Santiago would be ready to pay for a luxury apartment : 1500 square feet, jacuzzi, close to town, porcellanato tiles, granite kitchen counter top, 24 hour security, etc... Is there a market for luxury apartments and how big is it ? 750,000 people live in Santiago, how many can afford a luxury apartment ? Give me an idea.

1) If you have something to sell, get an ad in the Classified Section of Real Estate on this site. Cheap and great demographics.
2) If you want to sell an apartment in Santiago, take out an ad in La Información or in the Listin Diario or in Diario Libre.
3) Contract a real estate person who will look after your interests.

Apartments are selling well these days.

I've noticed numerous apartment building complexes (edificios) being built around Santiago and they look like large complexes with gated security.

I'm a businessman that might invest in Santiago area. Still wondering
how many people would pay for this kind of apartment.... If somebody could come up with a rough figure thanks a lot. I'm already talking with some real estate people but they tend to inflate the prices/oportunities. I'd like to get ideas from real people living there.
