I am with hipocrito mejia, this guy has no chance to meet a decent girl anywhere in santiago. The upper class girls are usually there with their friends and they are not looking for a foreigner. They are quite happy with their own javitos with SUVs. These girls are not going to go out with some guy who is staying in some local hotel and going around town in taxis. You have to be living here, having a successful business or a good job and with good reputation to be even considered by these girls. These girls are constantly being invited by rich young handsome guys who own late model SUVs and live in very nice neighborhoods. Let me tell you, I am not even talking about the rich girls, just your medium class good girls. Hahahahahaha.
Now if this guys does pick up a girl in ahibar, tribecca or worse, at monumento or montebar, its almost guaranteed he will find a barrio girl who is looking for a gringo. Most likely he will meet a slut or a semi hooker. So its best he cut the chase and call a chica beeper.
Advice: start sending private messages to regular guys in santiago and beg them to give him a number of a cute chica beeper. Case closed.

casablanca is a dump so do not go there. Illusiones and Passion are your best bet with Illusiones being on the cheaper side but the Passion Chics being on the more exclusive side.

But four days it can be done, Hopefully you'll be renting a car to help you get around. Driving around downtown Santiago and hollering at a few shorties you should be able to scoop something up (Of course all depending on your looks,appearance,and your game) and then there is Monumento at night. Just park your car, pump the stereo, and just beginning hollering at anything/everything you like lol

One more thing, Will you be alone in Santiago alone?

I know when I go to Santiago I have a friend that knows Santiago very well and knows a lot of chicks. My boy introduces me to alot of his girlfriends friends and then you know I take it from there.

So, in essence if you know someone who gets around, word of mouth(i.e being introduced,vouching for you..etc,etc..) is another good form of meeting chicks in such a short period of time.

I just want to add that you gotta hit up Sunday night karaoke at the Ahi Bar. You may not find what you seem to be looking for there. But it's a perfect opportunity to see some of the most beautiful girls in the city (always quite a few dimes there) belt out some of the most hideous renditions of what are apparently top forty dominican hits.

Both painful, and titillating and the same time.

Titillating. The immature grade schooler inside me loves that word.

Ahibar or any other lounge where the music is not loud so you can hold a conversation.

Oh yeah, to the OP, don't sing on karaoke night unless you know how to sing, the crowd will boo you and the DJ will cut your song midway while you are singing, a good laugh for the crowd. "Publicooo?" "AFUERA!!!" Other than that a nice relaxed crowd.
