I was going to post something to the effect of : Hello AZB's cousin!!

Some of those comments were sure to raise he!! and they did.

Of course, those of us that know about chemistry and cars know you cannot mix H2O with fuels. The news from New Jersey last week is visual proof of what happens. The cars stop! Anywhere!! And they cost the gasoline companies thousands of dollars to repay for towing and damages...

I wish he had put captions on some of those photographs...

And, let me add, that there were some very insightful comments, not politically correct, but an insight on how many, many Dominicans think...

The free zones did not die because of China. They died because of rising production costs here: electricity, fuels, and overhead...Probably 95% of the factories that closed had orders to fill that they could not do because for every piece of clothing they made there was at least a 50¢ or $1,00 (US) net loss. And at 100,000 units a week, that is not feasible.

Absolutely true! There's always money for a fria, or two, or three, or...

I drive an SUV (8 cylinder) and I noticed it was burning much more than usual. My cousin told me the probable cause and even this surprised me. Can't do anything about it.
The cost for those items has gone up worldwide. You can mostly blame the turd sitting in Washington for that.

Oh, and all the gas and propane stations have "fixed" the meters on the pumps. Some more than others, though.

This is one of the best depictions of Domican politics that I've seen in a long time. Right on!

Not only that... The crop of girls has gotten hotter as the years have gone by.

Ricardo,

I dont know the name but its in La Trinitaria. I find it hideous. There are a bunch of these new developments propping up in La Trinitaria and they are much nicer than this one. It's the blue that makes it ugly, IMO.

On Girls....

I will say this, Santiago has many pretty girls but La Capital is just ridiculous. I went to Loft and Tao Room and I could not find one ugly or fat chick.

Thanks for the info, the area of "La Trinitaria" is nice and close to many sights. I also noticed many new developments in the Gurabo (llano & Cerros) area sprouting up.

Really? He's responsible for the unprecendented demand for petroleum products in China, India, and even the Third World?

Let's not get into that debate, but the Iraq war hasn't helped matters. Meanwhile, his billionaire oil buddies, who were the ones who primarily financed his two questionable election wins are raking in record profits. So, let's just agree to disagree.

Now back on topic!
