Restaurant in Santiago or nearby for family dinner

I'm going back to Santiago in May and would like to pay for a dinner for myself and my family. What nice restaurants are in the hour or no more than 30 minutes away?? Please include name and cuisine, if possible a phone number. I have gotten a few recommendations but am curious of people's opiniono on here.

I can suggest several:
Pez Dorado on Sol St, near Altagracia church
Mont Mart on Calle 2, just off Texas in Los Jardines
Zol on Calle 11 near Bon, just off Metropolitana in Los Jardines

There are others, but these are my favs...

Easiest to get to, easiest parking, best food for the buck...

If you go to Pez Dorado, have girls wear sweaters, it is A/C tothe max.
