Default Jarabacoa v. Constanza Hiking / Safety
Any recommendation on whether people prefer Jarabacoa or Constanza for hiking and exploring the mountains. Any insight would be super!

Also, is it safe to hike alone on roads and trails in these areas?

Generally speaking I would say yes...
I would like Constanza, since it is more isolated, and there are some rough " roads" in the area.
