Latest Press Release from DVLA:

"In order to assist other motorists in identifying potentially
dangerous drivers, it's now compulsory for anyone with a lower than
average driving ability to display a warning flag

The flag (consisting of a red cross on a white background) will be
attached to the top of at least one door of their vehicle.

For drivers of exceptionally low ability, additional flags are
required."

Interesting!! Do they supply window stickers for
English Football supporters (that's soccer NOT Rugby - We have more class don't you know!!)
"Weekend driver"s
"Under 25 year old"s
"Over 75 year old"s (Both of above should be MENTAL age as well as actual)
"Normally Left Hand Seat Driver"
"Definately Back Seat Driver"

Could be great fun designing the "FLAGS" for some of those!! - Grahame
