Hi,

I'm looking for any information, first and most importantly a death certificate, in regards to my biological father, one Victor Manuel De La Cruz Gil. He was a Major League baseball player in America for while in the early 80's (Victor Cruz -- Won 18 games in the majors -- HistoricBaseball.com). I can verify my identity in any number of ways, if anyone can point in some useful directions. I jsut really have no idea where to start. And as far as obtaining the certificate, I now live in the UK, so was wondering if there's any easier way to facilitate this process, other than in writing to the General Directorate, who don't seem to have a web presence...
