Contacts for playing Baseball in the Dominican Republic

Hi Everyone,

was looking for assistance. My brother has recently graduated and looking to move somewhere in hopes to teach English and play baseball at the same time. He plays for the inner county rep team here in Canada and was on a baseball scholarship in the United States while getting his degree.

My question is where would he start looking? He is looking to play on a high caliber league, not just pick up games on the weekends

Any ideas or suggestions??
