Felix Fermin (manager for the aguilas baseball team from Santiago) has called it quits. he believes the aguilas can't even win the next years series. You know what, I can relate to the man's disgust. The aguilas players are simply out of control. They have lost discipline and respect for their team's status. In any given night (during the baseball season) the players were seen getting drunk in discos, bars, tipico bars and even in their own private parties. Guys like Jose lima, along with Andrew Jones and others were seen regularly drinking till late night in discos and bars. If that was not enough, aguilas team players have regular private home parties where car full of hookers are brought in for a all night long fest. Team player offer expensive gifts to high class girls, just to have sex with them. One top player has offered a girl 10 thousand dollars bracelet just to go out with him. then more all night orgies and parties. oh boy...
Seeing all that with my own eyes, I just couldn't figure out how these guys were able to show up the next day for a game.
Lets see if these guys will get back on track.

Even for washed-up ex-major league players like Jose Lima, in the DR and the rest of Latin America the party never stops.

A friend lived next door to some players. The all night parties and music had him going nuts. He was so upset with them that he wouldn't even say hi, or bye to them when they would cross paths in the entrance of the building or the elevator. I tried to encourage him to do get to know them. This way maybe we can join in. Unfortunately my friend was not the party animal type. Every given night the SUVs would pile up in front of the building and hot girls would be brought in to perform all night. Sounded like fun. This went on every night.
