hi, I just move to California last December and it been so hard for me not to be around one Dominican, please contact me. I live in Covina CA.I need to know about any salon de belleza para estas creñas or about the woman with the salami in Long beach...

I am planning on moving to LA at the end of this year with my girlfriend and 3 year old son. I have been to LA a few times and really like it, and have always said that I will move there but being there for a visit and living are two completley different things. I am glad to see that there are Dominicans out there. I just want to hear from those of you that live out there how is it? good area to live in? We are both young 23. (maybe this post doenst belong here, sorry)

Hey Iam Dominican hasta la Tambora GREW up in NYC and now I live in Hawthorne , CA
very close to LAX. maybe we could make a little club or something.

Hey me and my sis live in Riverside and attend The University of California Riverside (UCR) and we have not met any other dominicans. We saw one person with a Dominican flag on their car and thats about it. If anyone goes to UCR or knows Dominicans in riverside or LA hit me up.

just moved to orange county a few days ago from NYC.... im in a different world out here lol. for some reason ppl out here think that if u speak spanish then u must be mexican.. lol... i cant believe it...ppl dont know that there r other hispanics in the world besides mexicans

^lol not if you're black.You can speak russian ...you're still black in USA.

I dont know what I would do living in a city here where there isnt at least SOME dominicans.

I wouldnt bother,unless the money is just too good.
