I live in Atlanta and there are Dominican salons all up and down Jimmy Carter Blvd. I have tried 2 and both were great. I also order their products from : Sickbay. I can't post the link because this is my first post. But PM me if you want the link. They ship fast and accept paypal. I have bought only conditioners from them: Lacio Lacio, Salerm 21, Miss Key 10 en 1 & Salerm Wheat Germ Mask.
There is a huge difference to me in going to an african american salon and a dominican salon. I stopped relaxing my hair over a year ago and I do not use a lot of heat on my hair either. I can go to a dominican salon and get my hair straight, soft and silky without chemicals or overprocessing with heat.

Does anyone know of a Dominican salon in (or near ) Dallas, Texas?? I've been here for 4 years and no one does my hair as well as the Dominican hairdresser I used to go to in Miami OR even as well as the Dominican hairdresser I found (on a short visit) in Barcelona, Spain!

Are Dominican hair products only sold online? If not can anyone give me a referral to a Dominican beauty supply in Chicago?

IN DC:

Try Vision's Hair Studio...on 18th Street NW--in Columbia Heights. There is also Giovanni's which is also on the same block. Then, there is Judith's Dominican Salon--it's new, I've never tried it.

I got my silicon mix this morning at last! Thanks dominicubana for chasing the order for me. I think it was my order that was the problem cos the actual shipping only took a week.
