Default Dominicans in government and politics in the USA

Cid Wilson, of Dominican American Roundtable shares this update on Dominicans in government and politics in the USA.

Adriano Espaillat did not win his race for Manhattan Borough President. It was a tough race. He is expected to bounce back. He is still a State Assemblyman.

Next Tuesday (September 27) could be a historic race. Two Dominicans: Marcos Devers and Carlos Matos will battle it out in a Democratic Primary for Mayor of Lawrence, Mass. The winner of the two will face off against the current incumbent, Mayor Michael Sullivan for the November 8th General Election.

Default Tough One

I hope Adriano makes a comeback and gives it another shot, perhaps with a different strategy.
