Smile CNN Breaking News/Madrid Bureau

CNN Senior Analyst Juan Pablo O'Brien acknowledged that the astounding number of serious traffic accidents reported yesterday in various Spanish urban centers (749,055) did not actually occur in physical space and time.

The legislation recognizing Dominican driver's licenses did not legally take effect according to published timetables, thus the entirely probable/likely increase in accident frequency (some 17,500-fold) did indeed fail to occur.

He stressed, however, that several film companies are presently competing for the international film rights to the much-awaited 'Opening Day' traffic debacle, currently identified as Operation Viva Yo.

Insurance companies, body shops and private medical clinics are reportedly gearing up for an anticipated massive surge in revenues; IPOs and merger strategies are all the rage and have replaced bullfight results and temperature estimates as the leading conversation topics in most tapas bars.

Film at 11.
