Driving around Atlanta I see plenty of Dominican flags on cars. There is even a Dominican hairdresser off Indian Trail if I'm not mistaken. Do a search for them and you will find them.

All around the Doraville/ Norcross area. Pleasantdale Road and Jimmy Carter Blvd in particular. A super lunch spot is Mi Pilon off Buford highwat just before Mitchell Rd. ( Just before the post office)
