Beyond the Beach Auction

has anyone who bid and paid for winning bids in the beyond the beach auction received their item. I took part in the auction and was successfull on three items which i sent a money order to pay.
Since then i have not received my items paid for, nor have i been able to get any response to 3 emails.

Possibly who i emailed is away. Does anyone know anyone else involved that i can contact. I am going to dr soon and was hoping to have my goods.

I look forward to participating in next years auction and hopefully will attend their party in ontario and donate as well to this worthwhile cause.

They are in the mail as we speak, any which need an explanation will be sent an e-mail within two days. There were personal reasons for the delay, none of which are your problems but they were there, nonetheless.

I was otherwise occupied over the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend which just ended. I'll answer your e-mail(s) today.

I got my vouchers but I did have to drive the process.

Some items are pledged well before the auction and the auction runs for a month or so plus 2 more weeks to pay so it is hard to imagine that the vouchers can't be ready to go after 6+ weeks.

It would be nice to receive confirmation on the receipt of payment and voucher mailing notice.

I am also waiting for a reponse from Gregg. I have PMed him a few times and there has been no response. I sent the money immediately after the auction. Gregg please email me about my vouchers and how to redeem them as soon as you can as I am leaving for the DR soon. (Bellisimo Show)

gregg...as per your reply that you would answer emails five days ago, i still have not received a response. can you contact me as i am going to dr in a few days and would like the items i purchased and paid for. If there is a problem with receiving the items or i cannot use them because of delay in receiving, can i get a refund? thanks.

Seriously, that ain't right.....I know "Beyond the Beach" is a reputable charity and will take care of you......... unlike that "other" fly by night charity that collected money and never mind..........way too aggravating!

DonQuixote, this is "SanchoPansa" and I can assure you that Gregg WILL get back to you and that he MUST have a good reason why he haven't.

I have been dealing with him for a long time and my only complain about him is that he LOOOOVES to say "thank you" A LOT!!!. Wahahahaha!.

I do understand your frustration and I know it has NOTHING to do with the money, rather the waiting.

Now, I am so sure he WILL get to the bottom of it that I am willing to promise that I WILL personally refund your money (if it's less than 5 pesos, whahaha) if he doesn't get back to you as he promised today.

Again, I know where you are coming from.
