More specific please. From where to where. Western Union has to be the worst to anywhere. Xoom.com is not bad when using checking account ( $5 fee with a peso a dollar conversion fee ). ScotiaBank ATM from Canada? Europe to DR?

ikobo. A debit card is sent to recipient. Transfer is instantaneous and the cost is reasonable, @ $5 US for up to $200.
