Default Skype are codes 202 and 948
I'm thinking about buying a skype local telephone number from DR, but the only options they offer are 202 and 948 area codes, which I never heard of before. I did some research online but I couldn't find any website confirming that these are indeed DR area codes.

Does anybody know about this?

I don't know about 948, but I know that 202 is a DC area code.

The OP is referring to the Prefix, not the area code.

202 and 948 area codes

yeah 202 is my area code. it`s the only area code for dc.idk about the other one tho.
