Condo in Arroyo Hondo

I have a 3 BR 3.5 BAth condo in Arroyo Hondo walking distance to the Supermercado Nacional by the rotonda. It was built in 2004, has separate bedroom and bath for the maid, custom cedar walk in closets, 3 ceiling fans, 4 yr old refrigerator and stove and washer/dryer. Anyone interested in renting or buying this property, I got a job outside the country and will not be needing it anymore, Let me know mfrnk24@hotmail.com.
