You can check this blog
La Venda Transparente de Raifi Genao
I found it very interesting because it has many pictures that aren't the usual pictures you get to see about Trujillo.
nydr
ps. you can find contributing in this blog some people who lives in US and are related to trujillo family, there's a guy from lovaton's family and some others.

Good evening everybody, I hope all is well. The snow and winter is finally breaking up here in Canada, can't believe all the trash under the snow, wasn't there last fall. Anyway, a bit of an update. I wrote Alma a letter in the end of Feb. hav'nt heard anything back yet. I hope she got it and her mail isn't screened. My mother tells me that Alma was always, how did she say it, protected. I am going to wait a little longer, if nothing I might aproach the Miami Hearld ,maybe they can help me open that door - all I want is to ask questions about who he was, what was he like. Funny thing, I printed that picture of him from 1959 when he was president of Dominican Airlines - he is the spitting image of my oldest boy. Anyway, hope all is well to my friends and I will get back to you all.

There are some nice pictures in that link and that wedding article from time makes you want to close your eyes and let yourself wander - what was it like back then. As for relatives of the families, who are you, could use your help. By the way to the members of those families, got a phone call last nite, my aunt (Aleandrina), the one I am told that helped out at Alma's house for the last few years passed away on thursday nite of heart failure. Again, thanx everyone for helping me with bits and pieces, time might be running out for me about this "era" in Dominican history so lets see what happens

you need to go meet some people who know alba and plead your case to them personally. maybe organize a trip to santo domingo, find 5 people who could refer you in santo domingo, meet all 5 of them, and at least one of them may help you.
there is always going to be the concern of a negative agenda against an old lady so you need to find a way to allay those fears completely in addition to meeting the people face to face.
I doubt you'll be successful asking for help on a message board. Interesting thread; I wish you luck.
