They are in the U.S. but wouldn't surprise me if there are some in the DR. If they're not there yet...they will be all too soon.

The US has an immigration policy based on family reunification so that once one family member is in, others may join. The US admits about 1 million legal immigrants per year.

I see these clowns around from time to time on the PATH train to NYC on the weekend and they boil my blood just to see or hear them. There is usually a large group of them acting obnoxiously, talking about fighting, and a general nuisance to everyone around them.
If I were Dominican I don't know if I could control my shame and embarrassment for them (which would probably end me up hurt badly as they travel in large packs). They must be the productive of lax parenting and a desire to make easy money.

They remind me of my youth when there was a Dominican gang called The Ballbusters in the 80's. This gang was bad!!!!!!

And after that they will be deported to the D.R. They will still be young enough to join the gangs already in action in the D.R or start their own gang over there.

I can understand not keeping these venom in the USA, Canada, Europe but do you have to send them back to already struggling poor countries, so they can terrorize more people who cant just pick up the phone and dial 911 and the police will be at there door in less than 2 minutes?
It just seems so unfair when these criminals spent the majority of their life being raised in the USA.
Cant all these criminal deportees be sent to the artic tundra?
|
Unfortunately you cannot force the artic tundra to accept them the D.R., their country of origin, cannot refuse them though.

Here is the NYTimes article on the bust.
They really didn't seem to get a whole lot of stuff in this raid. Some marijuana, 50 grams of coke and a couple of guns.

Maurice Levy from "The Wire" would have these guys post bail and back out on the streets in no time.

If they are going to serve time in the U.S. that means 5 years of working out and doing steriods at taxpayer expense in federal lockup, 60 -100 dollars a day for 5 years times 40 knuckleheads, mucho dinero pa na. Then with that level of hard core instruction and education, they will be released to our poor island. As soon as they arrive the toughest, meanest dominican cops should meet up (or just give em a beat down) with them in D.R. and tell them you are being watched and these are the rules any slip up and your arse is grass. Lock em up baby.
