Nop, in the contrary it is heading a downward way so if you plan to invest some money in the CD better do it now before it gets more low.

Banco del Progresso went from 12.5 to 5% inside of 60 days. Mortgages at 16%. Yet the peso/US$ is holding. Really weird.

I know, that's why I say that Valdez Albizu have been doing magic these last 5 years in front of the CB, a really great group of people is running that organism.
