Criss, I never was pro-metro. If you have read all of my "metro" posts, you would have noticed that I recognized the need for a mass transit system like a metro in this metropolis and that a metro would be a good idea, but it should not be done by the government at this time. Go ahead, re-read my posts, it's as clear as gyn.

On the other hand, I have always been pro-Novo Mundo XXI and still am because its a private investment, not a cent to be placed by the government. If I remember correctly, the one who was always stating that the island will never get built was yourself!

Woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?

I believe the expression is "Clear as Gin".

gin n.
A strong colorless alcoholic beverage made by distilling or redistilling rye or other grain spirits and adding juniper berries or aromatics such as anise, caraway seeds, or angelica root as flavoring.

Thank you for the correction.

I'm always amazed how desperate CC appears to be in making me "accept responsibility" for something I'm not responsible for. Out of the blue he pops with these "let's prove Nal wrong" posts. 9 out of 10 times, he makes a good attack, but the attacks are based on misinformation and/or wishful thinking.

I personally don't have anything against him. We might have had a few debates where no agreement was made, but a debate is a debate. Personal opinions about something should not create a judgement about a person in general. A person can be really nice and have radical ideas at the same time.

Anyhow, whatever his motives or whatever is bothering him is something only he knows. Until he comes to peace with that which is bothering him, I will continue to expect these isolated attacks from him from time to time.

I'll leave this personal quote for everyone to ponder...
"Enjoy this very moment, because the next one might not come at all. "

In other words, don't worry about things that are beyond your control. Doing so will be nothing more than a waste of time and energy, instead, worry about the things you do have control because by doing so, you will be doing more for this earth than simply wishing to fix that which is beyond your influence.

Have a good day!

Nals, what's happening - have you 'gone orange'?

PS I always thought it was 'clear as mud'.

'Clear as mud' is the opposite of 'Clear as gin'. Is that clear?

LOL!

I think that my overall image on DR1 is slightly skewed away from who I really am. This is expected since I tend to post strong opinions in controversial threads. Thus, my multiple opinions could be giving people the wrong image of who I am.

When I see something that is odd, such as attacking out of the blue long after a particular debate was conducted by a particular poster, it gets me thinking as to whether or not my impact on them went beyond debating on DR1 and into their personal conscience or maybe, had a psychological impact on them.

I know it might be alittle to much to think in these terms, but anything is possible. I want people to know that my opinions are just that, opinions. They are not intended to haunt anybody beyond the DR1 setting, especially not into their day to day life. If anybody constantly find themselves thinking about anything I have posted in their day to day living, by all means contact me on PM.

I don't want to torment anybody.

In anycase, I hope I am just over reacting here and its not the otherway around. If my hope is true, then at least I know that my inputs on DR1 are taken as they were intended, in other words, as debatable points of views and not personal in anyway. Even when a post seems as an attack from my part, its nothing more than defending my posts which are based on my opinions. Its not meant to make a person dislike me or develop a grudge towards myself or anything.

It's like I always say, a person can be nice and have radical ideas at the same time. It's important to not mix either of the two beyond their own places.

It's very very important for people to take DR1 debates as the debates they are and not make judgements on the person expressing their opinion, because having an opinion and having a personality that mimicks such opinion are two different things that almost always are the farthest things from the truth.

Some of the nicest people I know, have some of the most radical and strong points of views, some of which I may strongly disagree. In anycase, I never judge them based on their points of views, but rather on the person they are.

That does not mean that I won't confront them in a particular debate, because I will, but what's confronted in a debate should not spill into anything other than the debate itself.

Just wanted to clear this up for all.

Have a nice weekend.
