Default Well, it is one way to pay for healthcare

PAY AS IT GOES
An innovative proposal by Harris County's only Hispanic commissioner would tax international money transfers to fund indigent health care.

It's certainly creative. It's going to be interesting to see if there is any opposition from the elected officials or the registered voters.

Seems like a good idea and the right thng to do. Here in DR we all know how much strain is put on a very weak health sistem by Haitians working in the country.

In the USA not only is health care in need of this but I believe that education can benefit from something like this.

Bush is creating more wealth opportunities for the upper class and this idea would compete with the wealthy's moneopoly on wealth generation. No go, amigo.
