Default Bavaro Area - What Do You Recommend?

I will be traveling to Santo Domingo 02/12/04 - 02/22/04. During that time we would like to go to the Bavaro area.

What hotel would you recommend? We will be traveling with 3 children ( 3 year-old, 4 year-old and 11 year-old).

Thanks in advance for your recommendations!!!

Default Bavaro

I hope you realize the distance to Bavaro from SD (4 hours), Bavaro is lined with AI hotels, if you are looking for decent non AI accomodations try the Cortecito Inn.

Thanks for your reply.

We're visiting relatives in Santo Domingo. Which isn't too much fun for the kids. So we figured we would go away for a few days with them, to a place they would enjoy.
We're looking for a kid friendly hotel/resort.

Thanks

If you are willing to pay the price for an all-in resort, and not just stay at a bed & breakfast kind of hotel, I would highly recommend Natura Park in Cabeza de Toro, Bavaro. It is very family and child orientated.

But remember, it's high season right now and last time I went there for an evening (last week) the hotel was pretty full. Calling them to make reservations is highly recommended.

Have a great trip!
