from the Sirenis to Santo Domingo i would not recommend the Express bus. you would need a cabby first from the Sirenis to the Express bus station (around $45.-) which takes 35-40 minutes, and then 3 1/2 hrs by Express bus to santo domingo. the Express bus is not entering the airport, it would drop you off at the crossing near the airport where you would need an other cabby to bring you in.
a oneway prebooked cabby transfer from the Sirenis to the Santo Domingo Intl Las Americas Airport would be $150.- for up to 5 passengers including luggage and can be arranged by IBK with Bronly on
