Wireless Internet in Bavaro, Arena Gorda, Macao

Does anyone know of where a wireless laptop connection might work in the northern areas of Punta Cana -- Bavaro, Arena Gorda and Macao?

I know that the Punta Cana Resort & Club offers wireless connection, but who else along the East Coast?

Do you mean to hook up to a wireless local network or to hook up to a wireless internet connection?
Anyway, you can hook up to wireless LAN at almost any business center at the bigger hotels.
If you bring your wireless internet connection card you will be able to hook up to the internet all over Bavaro and Arena Gorda
If you use Centennial you will have problems in Macao.
