Default Melia Carribe Tropical

Hi Everyone!

This is my first post, i'm heading out to the Bavaro area next week (Wednesday) just got a couple of questions that i would like answered.

What is the hotel like, i seen very mixed reviews. Some saying its very good and some saying its quite bad.

What is the buggy tour like? http://www.fun-buggy.com/eng.html

Can not wait to get out there and enjoy some sun!

Thanks

Tom

hi Tompowell,
i have a lot of clients from the melia resort, that's 3 different hotels named Melia Caribe, Melia Tropical and Paradisus Palma Real, and there are no complains, i myself like it.
the resort is located on the Bavaro Beach with the most quietest waters for the Punta Cana area.
the fun buggy tour i know very well, i can only recommend it, it's quiet a lot of fun to drive those dune buggies over sandy streets, the owner from belgium guides all tours by himself.
enjoy our beautiful country
Mike

The hotel is nice, my only complaint would be that it is so Damm big, It will take you a week to figure the place out and you have to take a shuttle from the rooms to the pool or beach.

hi Badpiece,
you're right that the resort is big, but by far not the biggest in the area.
smaller all inclusive hotels in the same area are Ocean Bavaro, Carabela Beach Resort & Casino, Majestic Colonial, Ocean Sands (also named Ocean Blue).
have fun
Mike
